Meningitis Diseases In Babies
Meningitis disease are generally common in infants and children.Usually this disease patients can not live long. Even if this meningitis patients can survive, then they will suffer brain damage, paralysis, deafness, epilepsy, and mental retardation.
Meningitis disease is caused by the bacterium Streptococcus pneumoniae, Haemophilus Influezae, and Niesseria Menigitides. But the bacteria Streptococcus pneumoniae (pneumococcal) is believed to be the most often attacked babies under two years. The time needed until the symptoms of this disease appear also very short, lasting only about 24 hours.
