Chili Menu 1 : Stir-Fry Meat With Spicy Vegetable

Spicy Vegetable
Material:
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
30 g onion, thinly sliced
100 g of cooked lean beef, sliced thin
75 g of bean sprouts, cleaned
75 g carrots, small slices of length
8 pieces of young green beans, cut into 3 cm
3 tablespoons water
Spices:
1 tablespoon bottled sauce cabia
1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 / 2 tsp pepper powder
1 teaspoon salt

How to make:
* Saute garlic and onions until tender and fragrant.
* Add sliced meat, stirring until fragrant.
* Add the vegetables, stirring until wilted.
* Add spices and water, mix well and mendiidh.

Chili Menu 2 : “Lodeh” Indonesia

Material:
* 100 g bean sprouts washed
* 100 gr white cabbage
* 100 gr cabbage cut
* 100 gr thinly sliced green beans
* 100 gr diced beef
* 2 bay leaves
* 1 cm galangal, crushed
* 1 tablespoon sambal oelek
* 500 ml water
* 250 ml coconut milk
* The salt, seasoning and sugar to taste
Subtle Seasonings:
* 2 cloves sjalot (large red onion)
* 2 cloves garlic
How to make:
* Boil all the ingredients and seasonings in 500 ml of water except coconut milk and salt, up to vegetable soft
* Add the coconut milk and salt, bring to a boil over medium heat briefly
* Remove and serve
