Healthy Nutrition : Appropiate Fruit For Your Babies

Nutrition is one important factor in the development of children, especially in the beginning  of its growth. With the appropriate nutrients (healthy nutrition) then of course your baby will grow up with the optimal (be smart baby).

One of the essential nutrients for a baby is the fruit. At what age infants begin to be given a fruit? And whatever fruit is right for them?

6 months

Fruits are recommended:
